My local PacSun store actually had the original one without the changes from the re-release (11/25/09), so check your stores first before you buy really expensive ones off of e-bay.

This is the birthday scene at school, I think, Jacob turns up at Bella's school with the gift. There was another picture posted somewhere that made is more obvious because Edward was in the back ground and Bella's clothes were the same from what you could tell.
ReplyDeleteI found that new orange and black bracelet that she wears. It was at a local fair and it was made by a Native American artist. I'm gonna go back and get a dream catcher now that I have this pic to go by!!!

ReplyDeleteThe book cover of New Moon, and the new action figure are where I found it. Believe me, I've been keeping an eye on this one for a while, and when I was at my fair and they had all these Native American booths, I scoured them to find one like what I saw on the book cover, assuming that Jacob gave it to her and it is of Native American design.

ReplyDeleteThanks!! I got it only by chance! I found it at a thrift store for $30, and I love it!!! Keep an eye out on ebay, tho, because occasionally really nice ones in sterling like mine pop up. Don't spend your money on the NECA replica, because it's not worth it. REAL turquoise is SO worth the money. I've always worn at least one turquoise piece of jewelry, and I was so excited that Bella wore it!!! I love it!!!!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I just got back from my fair where I bought a dream catcher. It was $3 and I love it!!! It doesn't look exactly like the one Jacob made, but I'm going to add the wolf to it and some shells and rocks to make it more like it! yay!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm actually 24, though I look like I'm 17, and get told that on a regular basis at my job (I'm a librarian) and I ALWAYS get asked why I'm not in school, lol. I would go as Bella, but I tend to dress a lot like her every day, hehe, so I'm going as Kahlan from Legend of the Seeker. I'm going to upload pix on my photobucket when I'm done making that costume. I go into classes with my freshmen early and sit in the back of the room complaining about the instructor to see what they say. I find it funny when I walk to the front of the room and start the class! They actually say I have good ratings on Ratemyprofessor.com. I can't look.
ReplyDeleteI saw the picture of the string bracelet on the New Moon book and it only looks black.. is their a picture of one that has orange too? It looks more yellow here, but on the one I saw in the store it was orange. Good eye though! I never would have noticed that!
